They used over 50% lambswool and borrowed inspiration from the sailors of Guernsey, where they’ve been making these knit sweaters for fishermen since the 15th century. Wool is a natural insulator; nylon helps the sweater keep its shape and provides moisture wicking properties. This garment was made following the Responsible Wool Standard.
