We hope you enjoy your Island Pursuit purchase. We do understand that there are times when our customers may have to exchange or return an item for whatever reason.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (not included the shipping cost). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt will be issued a merchandise credit in the amount listed on the receipt. Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase without the original receipt will be issued a merchandise credit based on the current price of the merchandise. Damaged or worn items may not be returned. Because quantities may be limited on sale merchandise, all sale merchandise is sold as a final sale and unfortunately, may not be exchanged/returned.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless it is Island Pursuit’s error and will be credited with postage stated on original receipt.

We ship all merchandise via United Parcel Service Ground (2-6 business days, depending on
the ship-to location), to anywhere in the continental United States for a flat fee of $10.00.
Orders Placed after 4 pm Friday through Sunday will be processed the following business Monday.
If choosing Next Day Air or 2 Day Air, Delivery may be delayed due to web processing
